Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Comply with the diagnostic standards related to chronic pain in the 11th Revised International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11), the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Management of Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain in Elderly Patients (2019), and the diagnostic standards related to Bi syndrome in the Diagnostic Efficacy Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine; ? 60 years old = age = 75 years old; ? Clear consciousness and no communication barriers; ? Pain areas: neck, shoulder, waist, legs, muscles; ? Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe joint pain or deformity, unable to perform normal activities; ? Suffering from serious illnesses such as stroke, malignant tumors, mental illness, or diseases that affect limb movement; ? Participate in other ongoing clinical trials; ? Not willing to be randomly assigned; ? Tai Chi practice experience in the past 3 months.
