Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old = Age = 75 years old; 2. Preoperative pathological diagnosis of adenocarcinoma; 3. The tumor center is located within a range of 1cm on the dentate line to 2cm below the dentate line (as seen by gastroscopy, CT, and postoperative specimens), which is Siewert II type esophageal gastric junction adenocarcinoma; 4. Esophageal invasion<3cm; 5. The tumor T stage is T2-T4a; 6. Able to achieve radical resection; 7. Sign informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, unable to tolerate surgery; 2. Preoperative detection of distant organ metastasis; 3. During surgery, tumor invasion of surrounding tissues and organs or peritoneal metastasis (M1) was found; 4. Merging malignant tumors of other organs; 5. Missing clinical data; 6. Expected inability to cooperate in completing follow-up
