Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 1~6 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic indications for vascular malformations and meet the surgical indications for interventional treatment of vascular malformations under the guidance of DSA; (3) ASA is graded as I-II; (4) Non-obese children with a body mass index (BMI) = 19.8 kg/m2; (5) Informed consent of the child's family or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Predict children with difficult airway or nasal anatomical abnormalities; (2) allergy to anesthetic drugs; (3) Refusal or history of previous lung surgery by the child's family members; (4) Combined with severe heart, pulmonary, hepatic and renal diseases; (5) Patients with neuromuscular dysfunction (such as myasthenia gravis, etc.); (6) Preoperative lung ultrasound score (LUS) greater than 2 points;

Primary

Lung ultrasound index of T0 (after anesthesia induction), T3 (at the end of surgery), and T4 (at PACU).;

The general information (including gender, age, BMI, ASA grade), operation success rate, operation duration and use of anesthetic drugs were recorded in the two groups.;Diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, MAP, SpO2, and HR were recorded at T0 (after anesthesia induction), T1 (at the beginning of surgery), T2 (at the time of drug injection), T3 (at the end of surgery), and T4 (when PACU is discharged).;Extract 1 ml of T3 (at the end of the operation) arterial blood sample, and the arterial oxygen partial pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure and arterial oxygen saturation in the blood gas were measured and recorded.;The postoperative recovery time and postoperative agitation score were recorded.;The number of intraoperative and postoperative pulse oximetry <95%, anesthesia costs, anesthesia-related complications (sore throat, hoarseness, nausea and vomiting, etc.) and the occurrence of pulmonary complications within seven days after surgery were recorded.;
