Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the stroke risk score card, it meets item 1; or any 3 of Items 2-10: 1. History of stroke or transient ischemic attack; 2. Age 40 years old and above; High blood pressure: blood pressure greater than 140/90mmHg 4. Blood lipid: abnormal or unknown blood lipid; 5. Have a history of diabetes; 6. History of smoking; 7. History of atrial fibrillation or valvular heart disease: Irregular heartbeat; 8. The weight is obviously overweight or obese; 9. Lack of exercise; 10. Family history of stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The number of missing items of basic information is more than 20% of the total number of items, and it is difficult to effectively evaluate them; 2. It is difficult to obtain follow-up information based on electronic medical records and resident health records due to population migration and mobility.
