Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Pathologic diagnosis of breast cancer; ? female younger than 40 years; ?AMH = 1.1ng/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?One or both partners have chromosomal abnormalities (except for chromosomal polymorphisms); ? Pre-implantation genetic screening is required; ? Severe abnormal liver function, severe abnormal kidney function, or diagnosed as diabetes mellitus.
