Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged no more than 14 years old; 2. Symptoms of respiratory tract infection (e.g. fever, cough, sputum, runny nose, etc.); 3. Parents are informed and willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing treatment related to Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection; 2. Have cardiac, hepatic or renal dysfunction; 3. Have been treated with antibiotics or glucocorticoids within two weeks; 4. Combine with congenital, hereditary or immunodeficiency diseases; 5. Have ever participated in the pay-it-forward program.
