Group 1:The Narcotrend monitor was used to maintain the anesthetic depth in the Narcotrend index d0(64-57) range during surgery.
Group 2:The Narcotrend monitor was used to maintain the anesthetic depth in the Narcotrend index d0(46-37) range during surgery.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I~II; 2.Female 3. Aged 18 to 65 years; 4.Patients who plan to undergo open surgery for gynecologic cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mental disorders and inability to communicate effectively completed QoR-15 scores; 2.Patients with chronic pain history or using analgesics in recent 3 months, alcoholics and drug addicts; 3.Patients with severe liver, kidney, severe metabolic disease and other malignant tumor; 4.Take Drugs, sedatives, or antidepressants that affect immune function; 5.BMI > 30kg/m2; 6.Previous gynecological tumor surgery; 7.Pregnant, lactating women.
