18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 and above; (2) Admission time = 4.5h; (3) Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction in the 2015 Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases; (4) NIHSS score = 5 points; (5) Imaging data confirms anterior circulation cerebral infarction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous stroke; (2) Diagnosed with other diseases that cause cognitive impairment within 3 months of onset (follow-up period); (3) There is a contraindication for intravenous thrombolysis with rt PA within 4.5 hours according to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; (4) Intravascular treatment should be performed within 3 months of onset (during the follow-up period).
