Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and the Chongqing University Cancer Hospital for various diseases between October 2018 and September 2023

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age less than 18 years; 2. non-hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeon; 3. comorbid haematological disorders; 4. preoperative infections; 5. severe data deficiencies; 6. combined multi-organ surgery; 7. preoperative coagulation disorders; 8. pancreatic tuberculosis
