Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Meets KOA diagnostic criteria; b. Between the ages of 40 and 65; c. Volunteer to participate in this study and be willing to sign an informed consent form; d. Can walk independently and cooperate to complete the research content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Those with severe circulatory and respiratory diseases or other malignant lesions of internal organs; b. Individuals with severe infection, ulceration, or lower limb neurovascular disorders in the skin around the knee joint; c. X-ray shows skeletal ankylosis; d. Individuals with severe genu valgus; e. Unable to walk, exercise, or cooperate independently to complete the content of this study
