Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old ; 2. patients with unilateral KOA diagnosed by imaging or arthroscopy ; 3. Kellgren-lawrence rating III ( including ) or below ; 4. Visual analogue scale ( VAS ) score > 3 ; 5. normal cognitive function, no brain injury, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy and other concurrent diseases, no history of brain surgery ; 6. no cardiac pacemaker and implanted stent in the body ; 7. voluntarily accept the treatment of this program, 8. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with rheumatism or rheumatoid disease, severe osteoporosis ; 2 patients with cognitive impairment, or unable to read and write or understand the text ; 3 pregnant or lactating women ; 4 active tumor, active inflammation ; 5 patients with oral analgesia and other drugs ; used hormone therapy ; 6 patients with a history of epilepsy and a family history of epilepsy ; 7 patients with metal foreign body, cardiac pacemaker, cardiac stent, cochlear implant, and increased intracranial pressure.
