Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients undergoing elective surgery; Pediatric patients who require arterial puncture and catheterization; Age<3 years old; ASA I-IV level; The guardian of the pediatric patients voluntarily participate in this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The intended puncture site has a history of surgery; Pediatric patients who have undergone arterial puncture and catheterization; Hematoma or infection at the intended puncture site; There is trauma near the puncture site; Abnormal coagulation function.
