18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients with a body mass index (BMI) of less than 30.0 kg·m-2. b. Patients aged 18 to 45 years. c. Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classes ? and ?. d Ultrasound guided PMWA surgery for uterine fibroids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Postmenopausal patients. b. Patients with uterine myomas not excluded as malignant tumors. c. Patients with known allergies to lidocaine, ropivacaine, or other drugs used. d. Patients with a known difficult airway. e. Patients with chronic pain syndromes. f. Patients with coagulopathy. g. Patients with distorted local anatomy. h. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary or hepatorenal disease. i. Patients with mental disorders.
