Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients older than 18 years and younger than 60 years; ? The disease was diagnosed as hematologic malignancy; ? Knowledge of disease diagnosis; ? Expected survival =1 year ? Clear awareness, understanding and able to answer the questionnaire questions; ? Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with serious illness or other serious physical diseases; ? People with mental illness or cognitive impairment.
