30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post-cholecystectomy group: gallstones were previously confirmed by CT or B-ultrasound and laparoscopic cholecystectomy or laparotomy; Control group: healthy people; 2. The age is between 30 and 75; 3. I have not participated in other research projects at present; 4. Agree to participate in this research topic and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use antibiotics or probiotics in the last 2 months; 2. Personal history of colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer; 3. Patients with metabolic diseases such as diabetes and BMI greater than 30; 4. Suffering from malignant tumor or chronic diseases of other systems;
