Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Oncology nurses who have obtained a nurse practicing certificate and are currently engaged in front-line clinical nursing work; (3) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses who were on maternity and sick leave at the time of the investigation; (2) Nurses who have been or are currently clinically diagnosed with mental disorders or serious psychological problems.
