Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of patients: (1) patients met the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (2023 revision)" and were grade ? to ?; (2) age =18 years old; (3) have certain understanding and expression ability; (4) willing to cooperate with this study. Inclusion criteria of caregivers: (1) age =18 years old; (2) the immediate family members of the patient living with the patient; (3) providing core care for patients, at least 5-40 hours per week, and more than 5 days of care [1]; (4) have certain understanding and expression ability; (5) willing to cooperate with this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of patients: (1) patients with serious physical or mental disease; (2) weak and unable to cooperate with the investigation. Exclusion criteria of caregivers: (1) suffering from serious physical or mental diseases; (2) remunerators.
