Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with leptomeningeal metastasis of NSCLC. 2.Control group: NSCLC patients with brain parenchymal metastasis without leptomeningeal metastasis. 3.Control group: patients with primary central nervous system tumors and non-tumor diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with small cell lung cancer, other solid tumors, and hematological tumors. 2.NSCLC patients with brain parenchymal metastases undergoing surgical treatment.
