Repeated transplantation failure under IVF with anxiety

Interventions

experimental group:The treatment group was treated with auricular acupuncture and western medicine.
Sham acupuncture group:The patients in the sham-acupuncture group received placebo acupuncture plus western medication.
Control group:The patients in the control group were treated with GnRHa down-regulating hormone regimen and only western medicine.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? patients with two or more times of IVF-ET and no pregnancy or more than 3 high-quality embryos transferred without pregnancy, and planned to undergo frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET); ? Patients and their spouses aged from 25 to 40 years old; ? no serious psychological trauma in the past year; ? there are still more than 2 high-quality frozen embryos; ? Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAM-A) > 7; ? those who signed the informed consent form after understanding the study process. ? Women with basic ability to read, communicate and complete questionnaires independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Endometrial lesions, such as endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesions, submucosal myoma, thin endometrium (thickness < 7mm), endometriosis, etc.; ? uterine malformation and adenomyosis; ? women with a history of recurrent miscarriage (defined as =2 clinical pregnancy failures) ? accompanied by severe hypertension, liver and kidney function damage, mental illness unable to cooperate with treatment or HAM-A score =24; ? repeated transplantation failure caused by other clear reasons, such as chromosomal abnormalities; ? patients who had received psychological intervention such as psychological counseling before this study; ? Patients with poor compliance, refusing to participate in the study or sign the informed consent, and difficult to follow up; ? Participating in other clinical investigators. ? receiving acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, or physical therapy within 3 months;
