Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 and = 80 years old, regardless of gender. 2) According to the 2021 ESC Heart Failure Guidelines, HFpEF was diagnosed, including clinical symptoms and signs of heart failure. LVEF = 50%, with evidence of cardiac structural changes (left atrial enlargement or left ventricular hypertrophy) and elevated left ventricular filling pressure. 3) The New York Heart Association cardiac function grading is level II-IV. 4) The patient agrees to participate in the study and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There is severe dysfunction of important organs such as liver and kidney. 2) Acute decompensated heart failure. 3) Acute myocarditis, pericardial disease, valvular heart disease, primary cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, primary pulmonary hypertension, or secondary severe pulmonary hypertension. 4) During pregnancy, preparation, or breastfeeding. 5) Individuals who are allergic to the ingredients contained in ?-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. 6) Those with a life expectancy of less than 3 years. 7) Individuals who are receiving any investigational treatment other than the drugs used in this study. 8) Those with poor dependency.
