Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria ? Age 18-70 years old; ? ASA grading I - III; ? No contraindications for the use of ropivacaine, magnesium sulfate, and dexamethasone. ? Gynecological patients who plan to undergo elective laparoscopic or open surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria ? Patients with multiple failed catheterization and abnormal urethral anatomy; ? Obstruction of bladder outflow tract, benign prostatic hyperplasia, neurogenic bladder, interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome, overactive bladder; ? Having cognitive impairment or communication barriers; ? Patients with mental illness.
