18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with ICP (fasting TBA>10 µ M) ; 2. Single child; 3. Natural conception; 4. Agree to sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Including: suffering from hypertension, thyroid disease, kidney disease, gestational diabetes, premature rupture of membranes, preterm delivery, pre eclampsia, hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelet (HELLP) syndrome, acute fatty liver in pregnancy, primary biliary cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, and any abnormalities that may lead to biliary obstruction by ultrasonography.
