Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? It meets the diagnostic standards of Chinese and Western medicine. ? The age of 18-75 years old, regardless of gender, both men and women. ?The total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) was =7 points. ? Can understand the test and actively cooperate. ? Those who are willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There is a taboo against acupuncture. ? Suffering from serious basic diseases (such as: kidney failure, heart failure, etc.). ? Patients with unstable vital signs, deafness, dementia, cognitive impairment, aphasia and other difficulties in normal communication. ?Patients with other mental diseases. ? Patients with cardiac pacemakers and pregnant women.
