Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 2.Age between 18 and 78 years. 3.Diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) according to the 2010 classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) / the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe diseases affecting the heart, liver, brain, kidneys, and hematopoietic system (ALT or AST is more than 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal, and blood creatinine level is more than 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal). 2.Presence or history of malignant tumors. 3.Patients with concomitant other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, ankylosing spondylitis, scleroderma, etc. 4.Patients with autoimmune intestinal diseases (e.g., Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis). 5.Patients who are unable to cooperate or complete sample collection.
