Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnose AMI according to the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Acute ST Segment Elevated Myocardial Infarction"; ? PCI via radial artery approach; ? TIMI blood flow analysis is level 3; ? Killip grade I to II, with no other serious complications (such as papillary muscle rupture, acute heart failure), suitable for exercise rehabilitation exercise; ? Clear awareness and good communication skills; ? Sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? According to the expert consensus on the prohibition of exercise standards, evaluate exercise contraindications (such as unstable angina, concomitant large area myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, acute heart failure, uncontrolled arrhythmia, and hypertension); ? Combined with high fever, hyperthyroidism, anemia, liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, neurological and motor system diseases, etc.
