Interventions

Digital medical group:The evaluation and intelligent rehabilitation training of patients with chronic low back pain were carried out by using human key point detection technology.
Traditional treatment group:Patients with chronic low back pain were given 20-30 minutes of exercise instruction 3 times a week for 4 weeks by an experienced therapist

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the subject must be between 18 and 60 years old; (2) The duration of low back pain is at least 12 weeks; (3) Strong willingness to participate in research, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There were potential "red flag signs" (such as unilateral leg pain and numbness consistent with nerve distribution, intermittent claudication, weight loss without obvious reason, nocturnal lumbar pain, traumatic low back pain, etc.); (2) NRS score less than 3; (3) The subjects had conducted core stability training regularly in the past three weeks; (4) subjects with potential serious mental health problems (e.g. those who had been diagnosed with mental health problems or needed medication management, and those with current self-harm or suicidal tendencies); (5) Unable to complete the Chinese electronic questionnaire independently.
