Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Children aged 2 years or older to 12 years or younger 2: ASA physical status I or III 3.Children undergoing removal of airway foreign bodies/alveolar lavage/removal of new airway organisms/dilation of airway stenosis under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known or expected difficulty in intubation 2. Known or expected difficulty in mask ventilation 3. Oxygen dependence 4. Having congenital heart disease or respiratory developmental abnormalities 5. Contraindications to the use of neuromuscular blockade 6. Risk of reflux and aspiration 7. Individuals with a history of allergies to drugs used in anesthesia and surgery 8. Recent skull base/maxillofacial fractures 9. Patients with nasal congestion who cannot receive nasal ventilation (epistaxis/deviation of nasal septum, etc.)
