Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants and children up to and including 1 year of age, regardless of gender; 2. Clearly diagnosed as infantile hemangioma by combining medical history, clinical manifestations and imaging (ultrasound or CT or MRI); 3. The guardian of the child is willing for the investigator to keep the blood sample of the child for basic research; 4. Focal hemangiomas that require surgical excision according to guideline recommendations and the child's guardian is willing to perform the surgery and have the resection specimen retained by the investigator for basic research; or multifocal/segmental hemangiomas that require surgery and the child's guardian is willing for the resection specimen to be retained by the investigator for basic research; 5. The child's guardian understands the study and signs an informed consent form and is willing to co-operate with the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: They were excluded if they met any 1 of the following exclusion criteria: 1. The child's demographic information, birth history, or history of hemangioma is not clear in detail; 2. The mother's maternal history is not clear; 3. The child is considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the study.
