Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: I Gynecologic cancer patients who are expected to undergo radical resection for ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, and endometrial cancer II ASA classification: II-III; III 18.5kg/m2<BMI<30kg/m2 IV Patients in the chemotherapy group who were treated with paclitaxel combined with platinum-based chemotherapy = 3 times and patients who did not receive adjuvant therapy V Age 18-65 years VI Surgery time: 3-5 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: I History of severe neurological and psychiatric disorders II History of head trauma or brain surgery within 3 months III. Patients taking sedative-hypnotic drugs or anticholinergic drugs within 72 hours before and after surgery IV Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and severe anemia V Patients with rhinitis affecting the sense of smell, severe asthma or allergies, patients with colds at the time of the test VI Patients with other malignant neoplastic disease
