50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Over 50 years old; 2) New cases of wAMD, who had not received anti-VEGF therapy or fundus laser or photodynamic therapy in the past, were included in the monocular analysis; 3) Be able to follow up regularly and accept the provisions of the research protocol, cooperate with OCT examination and aqueous humor testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other fundus diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, uveitis, etc., were found by the Department of Ophthalmology of Beijing Hospital; 2) Serious systemic diseases such as malignant hypertension, hematologic diseases, autoimmune diseases (such as lupus erythematosus, Behcet's disease), etc.; 3) Those with opacity of the refractive interstitium that precludes fundus photography and OCT examination
