40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing RN under general anesthesia in our hospital. 2.The age is between 40 and 80. 3.ASA grade ?-?. 4. The heart, liver and kidney function were normal before operation. 5. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 .Patients with solitary kidney. 2.Nephrotoxic drugs were used before operation. 3.History of secondary renal operation. 4.There was a history of rescue before operation. 5.Major complications occurred during and after operation.
