Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants and children aged 0-2 years with transoral intubation guided by the fiberoptic bronchoscope

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with tracheal tubes admitted to the operating room.2 Children with tracheal stenosis who cannot be intubated with the fiberoptic bronchoscope.3. children with preoperative asthma, epilepsy, or cardiac insufficiency 4. children judged to lack the ability of their families to consent.
