Sleep status of ICU patients

Interventions

esketamine group:Starting 2 hours before the patient s sleep, continue to pump ketamine.

Dexmedetomidine group:Start continuous infusion of dexmedetomidine 2 hours before the patient s sleep.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conscious adult patients admitted to the ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to ketamine and have contraindications; 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction, such as shock state and rescue process; 3. Individuals with a history of mental illness and abuse of sedatives; 4. Individuals with serious communication barriers; 5. Severe sleep disorders and cognitive impairment before enrollment
