14 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) MRI confirmed single-segment lumbar disc herniation with or without lumbar spinal stenosis. (2) After nerve block, clarify the responsible segment. (3) Preoperative lower limb radiating pain or low back pain (visual analogue scale [VAS] score = 4 points) or intermittent claudication symptoms. (4) Appropriate conservative treatment is invalid after 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Lumbar sisspondylolisthesis grade= II (Meyerding) (2) Spinal infection, fracture or previous spinal surgery history (3) Mental disorders (such as dementia, mental retardation or drug abuse)
