18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Mature primiparity; 2) term gestation (37-42 weeks), singleton pregnancy; 3) ASA physical status II or III; 4) Aged 18 to 45 years; 5) active labor with a cervical dilation 5 score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Body mass index= 40 kg/m2; 2) Contraindications to spinal anesthesia (increased intracranial pressure, coagulopathy, or local skin infection); 3) Participant received antipsychotic or hypnotic medications, alcohol or drug abuse; 4) Severe pregnancy complications (gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, heart disease, complete placenta previa, placental abruption, preeclampsia); 5) Use of Sedative or analgesic drugs 2 hours before surgery; 6) Allergy,intolerance or contraindication to drugs used in the study; 7) Known fetal abnormalities.
