Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-50 who seek medical visit for simple low back pain agree to complete follow-up and have no recent history of significant high-energy injuries (such as falls from heights, traffic accidents, etc.), as well as healthy volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, and other conditions that require surgery; (2) Clearly defined as lower back pain caused by spinal fractures, spinal tumors, inflammatory infections, and metabolic diseases (such as osteoporosis); (3) History of lower back surgery, vascular diseases such as aortic dissection, urinary system diseases, gynecological diseases, congenital diseases, and other possible causes of lower back pain; (4) Volunteers with systemic mental illness, pregnant women, and inability to complete relevant examinations and studies.
