Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy people; (2) People with the simple biased constitution or balanced constitution following the standard for Classification and Determination of Constitution in traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Aged above 18 years old, male or female; (4) Know and understand the content of this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; (2) Surgical experience or history of severe trauma in the last one month; (3) Sub-healthy people judged by the scale; (4) Diagnosed or suspected with circulatory, respiratory, digestive, urological, hematological, endocrine, and other major medical and surgical diseases, or in the active stage of chronic diseases or mental and psychological diseases; (5) Functional gastrointestinal diseases and psychosomatic diseases are found or suspected by inquiring medical history and physical examination; (6) Engaged in work in an environment exposed to harmful substances for a long period; (7) Engaged in work with long-term night shifts or long-term reversal of circadian rhythm; (8) Participating in other clinical trials; (9) Other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for participation in the study.
