18 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age = 18 years old, gender is not limited; 2)Patients diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) by histopathology or cytology; 3)All patients voluntarily received nintedanib ± standard of care (SOC); 4)According to the RECIST 1.1 evaluation criteria, there are measurable lesions; 5)Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Other primary malignant tumors other than pancreatic cancer (except cured skin basal cell carcinoma and cervical carcinoma in situ); 2)Previously received EGFR targeted therapy; 3)Other reasons that the researchers judged were not suitable for participating in the study
