Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-30 years old; 2. Body mass index: 18kg/m2-24kg/m2, blood pressure: SBP 90-140mmHg/DBP 60-90mmHg; 3. Clear consciousness, no obvious impairment in vision and hearing, and can communicate normally; 4. No previous history of cardiovascular, digestive system, respiratory, kidney, urinary system, blood, endocrine and other systems.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of any antibiotics, probiotics or antimicrobial preparations in the past 3 months; 2. AST > 3 times the normal value; eGFR<90mL/min/1.73m2 3. Unable to cooperate;
