Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A clear diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease; The H-Y stage is one or more stages; Able to tolerate transcranial direct current stimulation, continuous participation in the test; Right-handed; No physical disability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive decline, dementia, inability to cooperate; History of epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, stroke; After brain pacemaker implantation (DBS), there are metal implants in the brain and cervical vertebrae. Hyperalgesia, trauma, or inflammation in the stimulation area; Have a pacemaker; The hearing impaired.
