Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: criteria for joining the group: (1) Age: 18-80 years old patients with hyperuricemia / gout. (2) definite diagnosis of hyperuricemia [serum uric acid = 2 times > 420 umol / L (about 7mg/dL)]. (3) whether the patient agrees to participate in this trial and has signed an informed consent form. (4) gout was clearly diagnosed according to the 2015 classification criteria of the American Rheumatic Society / European Alliance against Rheumatic Gout. (5) patients with chronic gouty arthritis who have not been treated before or have never received treatment before, if they have been treated with regular enough uric acid lowering drugs (non-bustar 40-80mg/d or allopurinol 0.3-0.6g/d), the uric acid continues to be substandard, the attack frequency continues to increase, gouty stone can not be softened or reduced or the symptoms are still difficult to control, the number or volume of gouty stone continues to increase.
