Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who met the criteria for fourth-level elective surgery, aged 18 years or older, without cognitive impairment or communication barriers, capable of completing the research-related questionnaires, and willing to participate by providing informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe mental or psychological disorders, patients with other severe conditions such as cardiopulmonary or autoimmune diseases, individuals with excessive drug dependence, and those who voluntarily withdrew from the study.
