Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selected patients, aged 18-80 years, who are scheduled to undergo laparoscopic-assisted radical colorectal surgery in our hospital from January 2024 to November 2026 and classified by American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) ?-?. All patients and their families were informed and approved by the hospital ethics committee, and informed consent was obtained before inclusion in clinical trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m, 2, severe hepatic insufficiency (defined as prothrombin ratio less than 15), 3, coagulation dysfunction, 4, abnormal cardiac conduction system (sinoatrial, atrioventricular, or intraventricular block), 5, cutaneous nerve block infection, 6, chronic pain history of analgesic and psychotropic drug use, allergy to local and general anesthetics, 7, there are contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia, 8, there are serious mental disorders or communication difficulties, emergency surgery, refuse to participate.
