Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Master's students at Xuzhou Medical University, aged 22 to 30 years (inclusive)..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with serious cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, and arrhythmia; 2. Ear infections, injuries, or a history of surgery in the ear; 3. Individuals who have previously undergone vagus nerve stimulation or similar therapies through the ear; 4. Individuals with a history of alcohol abuse or substance dependence; 5. History of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 6. Severe visual, hearing, or language impairments; 7. History of significant physical or psychological trauma; 8. Refusal to participate in clinical research.
