Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Volunteers who have undergone physical examinations and have no history of acute or major chronic diseases; (2) There are currently no volunteers participating in other related experimental projects; (3) Volunteers who have not experienced any acute gastrointestinal diseases or a history of chronic gastrointestinal diseases in the past three months; (4) Age range from 18 to 30 years old, regardless of gender; (5) Volunteers who voluntarily participate in the research of this project and have a high level of cooperation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are unwilling to cooperate with the project; (2) Suffering from serious systemic diseases and infections, malignant diseases such as tumors, severe heart, liver, kidney diseases, acute gastrointestinal diseases, fever, and other diseases that affect the gut microbiota; (3) Volunteers who have taken antibiotics within a week; (4) Individuals who take various health supplements for various reasons within a week; (5) Within one week, the use of other physical therapy instruments or external use of any medication or health products to promote digestive function or affect gut microbiota, which may affect the subjects of this experiment.
