18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2.ASA grade I-III; 3.Aged 18-65 years; 4.Informed consent form can be signed; 5.20=BMI < 25kg/m^2; 6.The estimated operation time is 2-6h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received any form of local anesthesia during perioperative period; 2. Patients with expected difficult airway; 3. Combined with central or peripheral nervous system diseases; 4. Baseline SBP 140 mmHg, baseline heart rate 90 bpm; 5. Patients with arrhythmia and pacemaker application; 6. Combined liver and kidney insufficiency; 7. Have used opioids within 30 days; 8. Drug abuse; 9. Suffers from mental illness or is unable to work together; 10. Those who participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
