Age
65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =65 years old, <90 years old; Accept elective/deadline non-cardiac surgery; ASA Level I-III; Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form; Complete clinical data, able to complete preoperative questionnaire surveys and postoperative follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refuse to participate in this study; Preoperative inability to communicate due to coma, severe dementia, or language impairment; Preoperative symptoms include schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and myasthenia gravis; Severe abnormalities in heart, brain, kidney, and liver function; ASA grade IV and/or patients with expected survival = 24 hours.
