Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Two-photon bone mineral density examination T value =-2.5 2: MRI examination indicated fresh vertebral fracture 3: The patient consented to the first PVP surgery 4: The disease is non-secondary osteoporosis. No diseases that affect bone metabolism, such as hyperparathyroidism 5: Patients volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Osteoporosis caused by hyperparathyroidism and other diseases 2: History of taking drugs that affect bone metabolism 3: Previous history of spinal surgery 4: Cancer patients, patients with mental illness and other special groups 5: People with poor adherence who cannot complete the study 6: Other conditions that researchers deem inappropriate for inclusion in the study
