18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years = 65 years; 2) Opt-in Fibrobronchoalveolar Perfusion 3) ASAI-III stage 4) Patients or their guardians consent to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of life-threatening arrhythmias or recent (< 6 weeks) myocardial infarction; 2) long-term oxygen therapy or home mechanical ventilation; 3) emphysema, spontaneous pneumothorax; 4) recent (within 1 week) thoracic surgery; 5) tracheostomy; 6) chronic elevation and / or paralysis of the diaphragm; 7) morbid obesity, defined as a body mass index greater than 35 kg / m2; and 8) assessed by the researchers as unsuitable for this study.
