Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Perioperative clinical stage within T1a-4a, N0-2, M0. 2. Patients underwent LTG or LDG combined with D2 lymph node dissection with postoperative pathological diagnosis of R0 dissection. 3. Postoperative pathological confirmation of gastric adenocarcinoma. 4. The surgeons all had rich experience in laparoscopic gastric cancer, with at least 50 cases of surgical experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative evidence of peritoneal dissemination, invasion of the adjacent organs, or distant metastasis; 2. Combined multiorgan resection; 3. R1 or R2 resection; 4. Conversion to an open laparotomy; 5. Previous history of malignancy; 6. Previous history of abdominal surgery; 7. Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy.
